So last night, it snowed

Yep, it snowed. It just went ahead, fell twenty-five degrees in the course of a few hours and frozen flakes began to fall from the sky, as snow tends to do. I squealed like a little kid I tell you, because it SNOWED! In Charlotte! In November! I posted a little video of it here, since we got to fully enjoy the wintriness of it all as we walked to an event last night in uptown(which is really downtown, but that’s not important). I considered myself a weather jinx in the past, but not anymore! Snow has arrived EARLY this year. Which, my friends, means good things for this snow-loving gal. It means the curse has been lifted and the snow shall fall! I know, I’m a tad dramatic, but it was to the point where I got my husband believing I was a jinx and he doesn’t tend to believe that stuff lightly. It was getting pretty darn ridiculous. So bring on all the scarves and beanies you’ve got, because we’re in it for the long haul, friends. It’s cold-weather season and I want to wear all the warm things. ALL THE WARM THINGS.

  • I’m in “hybernate!” mode. :-) It’s so fun – fuzzy blankets, FLEECE-LINED leggings! Sweaters! boots! ALL T HE THINGS!

Ahh! So jealous! I’m with you, I LOVE snow! Which is quite a shame since I live in Texas and we’re lucky if we see it each year. BTW, I have to say, I am just loving your hair!

  • Thank you so much! I grew up in Florida, so I feel your pain. Here’s to hoping for some miraculous snow flurries for you.

  • Yes! I love it. Enjoy hibernating!
