nola & penny lane on a sunday afternoon

They did this arm-in-arm thing on their own.

Sunday morning we woke up bright and early to go to “early church”. It’s what we lovingly call the earliest service our church has on Sunday mornings. We like to have most of the day ahead of us once service is over and we head back home. It was gorgeous out and the sun had finally decided to greet us with it’s presence and we were so thankful for that. As soon as we got home, we went around the house and opened a windows and each of the blinds to let as much sunshine into the house as possible. We live in an old house where the windows don’t like to open more than half a foot(those punks) and each room is completely closed off from the rest of the house, so letting every inch of light in that we can helps. Once the light came pouring in and the dogs had perched themselves on the couch to look out the window, I started snapping away. Just a couple of pups on a Sunday afternoon. Goodness, they’re cute.

  • Oh dear you are right! They are precious! How old are they?!

  • So cute! I love the pics where they’re facing eachother. They look like they’re discussing important matters.

  • That is so cute! They look like best buds. I love the arm link up.

  • Hey Chelsea! Nola will be two in April and Penny Lane will be two at the end of June! So definitely still puppies, in my book.

  • I know! I literally walked out of the kitchen and saw them like that and had to tip toe so carefully and quietly to get my camera. I’ve never seen them arm-in-arm like that. So sweet!

  • Oh yes, definitely still puppies! We have two english bulldogs, Irene is a little over a year and a half and Bubba is just over a year! :-)

  • Awwww they are so cute together!!! Beautiful pics!
