{ Nola back on the road. Why yes, I do realize that I post too many pictures of my dog. But she’s cute…I can’t help it! Okay, okay, I’m working on it. }

It’s FRIDAY! Anyone else absolutely thrilled? I know I am! We just arrived back to the sunshine state for my little cousin’s wedding tomorrow afternoon. I remember babysitting Michael(the groom) and his little brother, Daniel when I was in middle school. I constantly find myself thinking, “Is he really getting married?!” I remember when he was three-years-old. I really can’t fathom it, but I’m SO happy for him and his fiance, Meghan, whom I adore!

We just arrived after a 6-hour drive. I spent most of the drive watching Felicity on Netflix streaming. I was too young to really get it as a kid, but I’m LOVING it! I love finding new shows.

We’re at the hotel right now, about to head to the rehearsal dinner. I’m excited to see my family that’s come up from Ft. Lauderdale and it should be a wonderful weekend.

Wishing you a wonderful and happy weekend as well!

  • Hi. So. Completely random, but I was thinking about getting bangs like yours today and chickened out. I’m afraid I’ll look five. Thoughts? haha.

I love watching new shows too..I’m newly addicted to Mad Men but I kind of want to go back and watch older shows like that too.

  • Hey Jess! I definitely don’t think you’ll look five! I think the best thing you can do is bring in pictures of examples you like, ask for them long(they grow fast, so you can get a taste if you like it) or maybe side-swept first. Usually you can schedule a bang trim for free or cheap with your stylist if you decide to go shorter and more blunt. I’m brave/silly and trim my own in between cuts when I realized I love my bangs on the longer side. Definitely make sure they dry your bangs first before cutting them, which they usually do automatically, because they shrink up when you dry them. I got them cut a little too short last time, but after a week they were fine! Usually you have to play with them the first few days before you’re used to them but I think this is the best time of year to give it a shot! Good luck!! If you decide to take the plunge, let me know how it goes! :)

  • I am very happy it is Friday, I had the day off for a dentist appointment and we ended up having a date night, which was AMAZING :-).

I love the photo of you at the end of this post.

  • Enjoy the time with your family!!!

  • I love this photo of your dog!! So cute. I also take WAY too many photos of my dog…she’s just too pretty not to.

  • I was more happy for Saturday mid day since that was when i finally finished work for the week! thank goodness, because it’s been exhausting! Have fun at the wedding! I’ve been itching to go to one for some reason…lol.

  • Shelly

there is not such a thing as too many pics of your dog! She’s adorable!

  • Thanks so much, Deva! That’s wonderful about your day off! Although I hate going to the dentist, a day off is definitely needed every once in a while! Date nights are needed anytime they are available. ;)

  • Thank you, sweet Sana! :)

  • Thank you so much! She’s seriously my favorite model, especially when I’m practicing the settings on my Nikon. My Instagram feed is just filled with pictures of her! Now, excuse me while I go stalk pictures of your dog.

  • Sorry your weekend was delayed, but now you can relax! Get lots of rest and I hope you feel rejuvenated after your weekend. :)

  • She’s just my favorite model ever. It’s hard when 95% of my pictures are of her, not to post one in every post. So glad you enjoy them and they aren’t driving you crazy! Have a great weekend, Shelly!

  • I love golden retrievers…my dog from third grade until my junior year of college was one. Adorable :)

  • Jen

Omg, Nola is getting so big! Still cute as ever :)
